Vampire Mania Reins as Blue Moon Premiere Nears

Count them: 18 days until The Twilight Saga: New Moon opens-- woot!

And Robert Pattinson , Kristen Stewart, and all the vampire crew have already finished filming for the Twilight saga's third movie- Eclipse!

Yes, Vancouver is now free of all Vampires, we're told. Ah....sadness must be in the Canadian air these days.

And we hear that the sizzling vampish duo of Pattinson and Stewart wasted no time in checking in the Chateau Marmont together as soon as they arrived back in LA this past Thursday.

A source close to the couple told E! online that Rob and Kristen wrapped filming of Eclipse, headed straight back to LA, and were driven into Chateau Marmont's private valet Thursday evening.

"They went straight up to a room," says a hotel source. "No one saw them the rest of the night."

Apparently the stars of the Twilight Saga were out of their room and about on Friday though...Rob running errands, and Kristen stopping by her parents' house.

Robert and Kristen will be hitting the road next week for New Moon promos before coming back to L.A. in a few weeks for the N.M. junket and premiere.

Nicole Richie Gets Restraining Order Against Two Paparazzi

A Los Angeles judge ruled Friday that two photographers stay 100 yards away from Nicole Richie, and her two children, Harlow, 21 months, and Sparrow, 6 weeks.

In her filing,Nicole states that photographers Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel daily "stalk" Richie and her family, and that they "sit outside my house, waiting for me to leave." She alleges that they "scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in [their] vehicle," causing her "severe emotional distress."

Richie, 28, was rear-ended by the pair while driving in Beverly Hills earlier this month. She sought medical help following the incident. In her filing, she blames the photographers for causing the collision.

"I am fearful that [their] continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle," Richie adds. She says that even after the accident, the pair continued to pursue her.

Arrivebene, who was driving the car that rear-ended Richie's vehicle, was arrested immediately after the crash for driving without a license. He was later freed on $1,225 bail.

A rep for Richie was not immediately available for comment. A hearing is set for Nov. 16 to determine whether to extend the orders.

Mark Wahlberg and wife Rhea Durham have announced baby number 4 is a girl!

"I'm having another girl," Wahlberg told PEOPLE at GQ's The Gentleman's Ball at New York's Edison Ballroom on Wednesday. "So I'll have two girls and two boys."

So will this new baby girl complete the Wahlberg/Durham family?

"I'm the youngest of nine, and my dad has a few others. No, four is enough," he said. "We were all raised with a lot of love. But we didn't get the kind of attention I think that we all needed. My parents had to provide to put food on the table. My mission in life is to raise my kids right. With all the success I've had in the world, if I fail at that, my life means nothing."

Still, Wahlberg says he'll leave family planning up to Durham, a former model.

"My wife is allowed to pick the magic number … as many as she wants to have," he said. "What I want to do is I want to raise my kids right. I want to give them the world, but I also want them to appreciate it."

As it is, brother Jim Wahlberg said he suspects Mark's clan will continue to grow. "He's good to go! He ain’t stoppin'," said the sibling. "He's got beautiful kids."

Wahlberg and Durham are parents to Ella Rae, 6, Michael, 3 ½, and Brendan Joseph, 13 months.

Kourtney Kardashian Baby Shower Plans

Baby Blue Wing Invitations set the tone for the upcoming baby shower for Kourtney Kardashian.

"Please join us for a baby shower honoring Kourtney Kardashian, November 14, 2009, Noon," the invite reads in gold lettering on light-blue stock. As printed on the back, the invites were designed by Los Angeles-based invitationers Lehr & Black, who also produced Khloe Kardashian's wedding invitation. The shower is being thrown by Kourtney's sisters Kim and Khole, and their mom Kris.

According to the mommy-to-be, the guest list will include 75 close friends and family members. "A lot of my friends from college have babies, so I'm inviting a lot of them," she told PEOPLE last month.

Jon Goesslin Emotionally Abusive Says Girlfriend

Jon Goesslin's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, says Jon is emotionally abusive – and she's sick of it. "He'll call me and take his anger out on me," Glassman, 22, says in a two-part interview scheduled to air on The Insider beginning Thursday. "He has 'mantrums.' I shouldn't have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, 'Why are you so mean to me?' "

Helio Castroneves, Girlfriend Expecting Baby Girl

Dancing With the Stars champ Helio Castroneves and his girlfriend Adriana Henao are expecting a baby girl in January. They've already decided to name her Mikaella.

Helio won DWTS in 2007 with partner Julianne Hough. While he and girlfriend Henao have not made plans to wed, the three-time Indianapolis 500 champion, 34, said marriage is "the natural next step."

Most recently, Castroneves made headlines after he was indicted for federal tax evasion and fraud after allegedly failing to pay more than $5 million to the IRS over a four-year period. He was cleared of those charges in April.

Rumors Persist Around DWTS Karina and Aaron Carter

So is there more than a "budding friendship" between Dancing With the Stars Karina Smirnoff and her partner this season, Aaron Carter?

Depends on whom you believe. Rumors are persistently floating about the couple -- saying Karina and Aaron are romantically involved.

But Aaron and Karina say they are just friends.

Ater Monday night's show, Karina, 31, told People:

“It’s really funny, The rumors are that we are hooking up but then we’re not sexy enough on the dance floor [according to head judge Len Goodman]? Let me tell you, if that was the case, the dance would have been very raunchy, as Len wanted it to be.”

Smirnoff also credits her dancing partner with helping her rebound after her break-up with fiancé Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

“Honestly the last few months have been beyond difficult,” Smirnoff says about her split. “If Aaron wasn’t by my side, kind of being there, a shoulder to lean on, I don’t think it would’ve been possible to get through it. He reminds me that I do what I love—dancing. And he’s always happy, always smiling, saying, ‘Come on, girl! You can do this!’ I tip my hat off to Aaron for being as strong as he is.”

And Aaron, for his part, seems equally proud of Karina as well:

“We have a lot of respect for each other and I have a lot of respect for her,” he says. “She’s a lady and I’m going to treat her like that. She just went through a breakup so it’s important to respect her.”

The Goesslins Day in Court

Jon and Kate Gosselin met with their attorneys and a court-appointed arbitrator Tuesday to try and sort out financial issues in their bitter divorce.

Judge Arthur Tilson ended up setting a new court date for Oct. 26th. The court hearing will be public, according to the judge, who also requested the couple work out their differences amiably.

Kate, who is seeking child and spousal support, has accused Jon of taking $230,000 from the family account. Jon has denied the withdrawals were inappropriate and wants Kate to account for more than $100,000 in withdrawals of her own.

The Judge on Tuesday ordered all withdrawn money to be returned to the couple's account immediately.

Heidi Klum, Seal Welcome New Baby Girl!

Heidi Klum and husband, Seal , welcomed a new baby girl on October 9th. Klum gave birth to Lou Sulola Samuel, in Los Angeles, her rep confirms. She joins siblings Johan, 2 ½, Henry, 4, and Leni, 5.

Seal released a statement Monday night:

"It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," Seal writes. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?"

"On Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at 7:46 p.m., the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter," he continues. "Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."

Klum recently applied to change her last name to Seal's surname of Samuel. She and the singer ("Kiss From a Rose") were married in 2005.

False Sightings of Her Dog Angers Jessica Simpson

False reports of seeing her dog, Daisy, has upset Jessica Simpson. The maltipoo was taken from her back yard by a coyote on Sept. 14.

Simpson tweeted last night on Twitter saying, "People have been contacting my family and friends saying that Daisy has been found. Untrue. People are so cruel. Please respect her memory."

Jon Goesslin Doing Worse Than Kate?

FoxNews.com has some insider information it is reporting that would seem to indicate that Jon Goesslin is having a harder time than Kate dealing with their divorce.

Insiders told Fox News that Jon was on edge at his twins Mady and Cara's birthday last week, and may be beginning to crack under the pressure.

"Jon didn't shower or clean up for the birthday party. He looked like he was in clothes he had slept in the night before ," said an eyewitness. "He barely shaved and was a mess. He walked in with his own cake for the girls, but as Kate had promised, she made a traditional cake like she tries to do for every birthday."

Apparently Jon was also reading Kate's emails off his Blackberry to the paparazzi and even left the birthday party to walk across the lawn and talk to the paparazzi in the middle of the festivities, according to the source.

Kate's reaction to the unkempt Jon's behavior? She reportedly "felt a little sad for him and had intended to let him spend as many hours as he wanted with the girls. Kate sees him falling apart and she is still so angry with him, but she is beginning to see him unravel far more than she ever will. She acted as if everything was fine in front of the kids and was very nice to Jon."

Hmm. Maybe the thought of not being a part of a money-making TV show is getting to the guy.

30-year-old reality star Kourtney Kardashian “is having a boy,” her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

And she added that step-father Bruce Jenner and brother Rob predicted a baby boy all along.

Kardashian's baby boy is due around Christmas and will be the first child together for Kourtney and Scott, who announced the pregnancy in August.

Meet Mackynzie Renée Duggar! The baby girl born was born at the home of her parents, Joshua and Anna, with a midwife and doula attending the birth. "Josh was excited to participate in the birth as well," says a family friend. "They are both so happy."

David Otunga: Jennifer Hudson Shares Baby Pictures for First Time!

Jennifer Hudson has finally posed for pictures with her precious new baby boy, David Otunga, in the latest issue of People.

And baby David is adorable!

David Otunga Jr. (named after Jennifer's fiance David Otunga), apparently loves lullabies, sleeping and eating, and new mom Hudson couldn't be happier.

"His favorite time to smile now is diaper changes. Or when he spits up on you -- he just cracks up like he thinks it’s the funniest thing," says Jennifer.

While Jennifer says she will support whatever dreams David Jr,. will pursue, one thing is for sure: education will be a priority.

Twitter and Miley Cyrus Part Ways

Her tweeting days are over: Miley Cyrus has tweeted her last tweet. Apparently Miley's rumored boyfriend and her The Last Song costar , Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, disapproves of Twitter and twittering. Or at least, he does not want Miley tweeting.

"FYI Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason," the singer Tweeted.

So her Twitter account is now gone as is her mom's. But take heart Cyrus fans: Miley's sister, Brandi, and brother Trace are still Tweeting. And in her absence fans have rallied, and #mileycomeback is currently the number one trending topic.

Will the pleass of fans reunite Miley and Twitter? We shall have to wait and see.

Elizabeth Taylor tweeted health news to her Twitter fans Tuesday afternoon.

"Any prayers you happen to have lying around I would dearly appreciate. I'll let you know when it's all over. Love you, Elizabeth," the 77-year-old star wrote on her Twitter page Tuesday afternoon.

Taylor had earlier tweeted about her upcoming surgery as well, tweeting--

"Dear Friends, I would like to let you know before it gets in the papers that I am going into the hospital to have a procedure on my heart."

"It's very new and involves repairing my leaky valve using a clip device, without open heart surgery, so that my heart will function better."

Dancing Shoes Come Off For Tom Delay

Former Republican House Majority Leader, Tom Delay, will withdraw from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday’s live results show due to stress fractures in both of his feet.

DeLay decided to go ahead with his samba on Monday night's show, despite doctor's advice not to perform, with partner Cheryl Burke, saying on the broadcast, “What’s a little pain when we can party?"

By the end of the night, though, DeLay told PEOPLE he was paying the price for the performance. “They’re starting to tell me I shouldn’t have done this,” he said of his feet, which were dressed in orthopedic booties after the show. “I ice them. I’ve got a bone stimulator machine that I put on them.”

Delay impressed the judges with his determination, but not so much with his moves: but did not score well, finishing second-to-last with just 15 points.

Jon and Kate in Debt?

TMZ is reporting that while Jon & Kate Gosselin aren't living hand to mouth, but the $200,000 account that Jon withdrew from the couple's joint account was the only real source of living income.

There's a report out that the couple is saddled with a $720,000 mortgage on their $1.12 million house. There was talk that TLC bought the house for them outright but TMZ reports that is not true. TLC paid them a salary and that's it.

Jon and Kate do have a trust fund for their kids, well into the 6 figures, but they have significant debt. They still haven't been able to sell their first house and have that mortgage to make payments on as well.

Heidi Klum has filed paperwork to legally take Seal's last name as her own. Yes, Seal really does have a last name. Yes, they have been married 4 years now, and yes, Heidi is ready to take his name.

So Seal's last name is Samuel, as in Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel, and Heidi Lum should soon be known as Heidi Samuel. We will all know for sure if the name change goes according to plan by Nov. 20......that's when the court should approve her petition by.

One day a name is in, the next day it's out.

Paparazzi To Blame For Nicole Richie Car Crash?

People Magazine is reporting that Nicole Richie was rear-ended by paparazzi in Beverly Hills on Monday and was expected to seek medical attention.

"Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her," said Lt. Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police. "She complained of pain ... Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene."

He added: "She told officers she was going to seek her own medical treatment, so it's unknown if she's headed to a hospital or not."

The driver who rear-ended Richie is being arrested and booked for being unlicensed because "officers could not verify his identification," Lt. Lee added. "He's being physically brought into the station. This will likely be a misdemeanor traffic violation, and the photographer's vehicle will be towed."

Richie's two children were not in the vehicle.

David Letterman's Marriage in Trouble?

David Letterman has a lot of "work" to do in his marriage, he admitted during the taping of his show Monday afternoon, and the Late Night host publicly apologized to his wife, Regina Lasko.

"She has been horribly hurt by my behavior, and when something happens like that, if you hurt a person and it's your responsibility, you try to fix it," he said during his opening monologue. "At that point, there's only two things that can happen: Either you're going to make some progress and get it fixed, or you're going to fall short and perhaps not get it fixed, so let me tell you folks, I got my work cut out for me.”

Apparently he thought it wise to extend apologies to his staff as well (good choice,Dave)--

"I'm terribly sorry that I put the staff in that position. Inadvertently, I just wasn't thinking ahead," he said. "And, moreover, the staff here has been wonderfully supportive to me, not just through this furor, but through all the years that we've been on television and especially all the years here at CBS, so, again, my thanks to the staff for, once again, putting up with something stupid I've gotten myself involved in."

During his second taping of the day, Letterman said, "Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the late show. Are you sure you want to be seen with me?"

Hundreds Attend Patrick Swayze Memorial

A lone white horse greeted mourners on Sunday for Patrick Swayze's private memorial. The horse was owned and beloved by the late actor Patrick Swayze, whose boots were facing backwards in the stirrups ... an old horseman's tradition.

The memorial,planned by the actor's wife Lisa Niemi, was held on the Sony Studios lot in Culver City, Calif., and was attended by several hundred friends and family, including Whoopi Goldberg. There were many photos of Swayze riding his hor ses, along with a video tribute to the star, who died from pancreatic cancer on Sept. 14.Also featured were speeches celebrating Swayze's life and a performance by professional dancers in honor of his talent.

"A whole dance floor was built," a source told People Magazine. "The dancers did these amazing numbers."

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to The Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund or Stand Up to Cancer.

UPDATE: Jon Says He Did Take Some Money But.......

So earlier today we heard Kate Goesslin saying that ex-hubby Jon withdrew over $200,000 from the couple's joint money market account, leaving her with only $1,000 to pay the bills. And that Jon may be in contempt of a court order in which it is stated that neither Jon or Kate were to withdraw funds without the other's permission.

So what does Jon have to say about the missing money? E!online is reporting that Jon has made a statement, and is pointing a finger back at Kate!

In a statement to The Insider (which reportedly has paid for his exclusive services), Jon says tells his side, and claims Kate might have her own explaining to do:

"I've never taken any money out because over 10 years, Kate handled all the banking," he said. "She says in the past week I took $230,000. I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10 percent of what we made. That's like my paycheck.

"She's hiding money. We have 11 bank accounts. That was just our joint account. She has a best-selling book. Where's that million dollars?"

Gwen Stefani makes 40 look easy! The beautiful mom to sons, Kingston, 3, and Zuma, 13 months , celebrated her 40th birthday Saturday. The No Doubt frontwoman was joined by husband Gavin Rossdale, their two children – – her family, bandmates and an intimate group of friends, including Kate Beckinsale.

Looking happy and relaxed, Gwen and Kingston waved to fans and paparazzi gathered outside Cecconi’s in Hollywood, Calif.

The birthday bash included a family style lunch with several appetizers, pasta dishes, salad, champagne and wine. And of course...a a big birthday cake decorated with candles and sparklers.

“With her oldest son helping her to blow out the candles, Gwen made a wish and she looked very happy,” reports Celebrity Baby Blog.
