Pregnant Britney Hoping For A Girl

Yep...you read the title right...spumors are rampant that Britney Spears is pregnant with boyfriend Adnan Ghalib's baby, and that the she is hoping it will be a girl!


Star Magazine is reporting that the 35 year old Adnan has reportedly been telling friends that Britney is pregnant, and that of course he (adnan) is the daddy.
The rumors are being fueled even more by a picture of Britney with a so-called baby bump visible.

But Britney insiders are denying the pregnancy claim. The sources explain the tummy bulge as extra weight Britney put on due to medication she has been taking.

Oy vey....let's hope this is just spumor, and not true. Somehow, I think it is phony baloney...ya just never know with Britney though.

Project Runway Is Without Chris

Aw...... my favorite, Chris March, is "AWT" at Project Runway. Which, of course, means Rami is "In".

Last night's episode featured highlights such as Chris's use of human(Ack!) on one of his designs, the enchanting ( not really, kidding) first look at Christian's New York residence (basically, we looked at a closet converted into a room....guess that $10,000 was sorely needed by the guy after all!), Rami's huge home and his private studio, and Jillian's extremely well dressed beau.

All that excitement was metered out during the hometown visits that Tim paid to each of the four designers. First up was Christian. Cute pics of a blond cutie-patootie little boy were admired by Tim before he checked out the clothing collection of the now wild haired strutting 'all growed up' boy of 21. Tim was appreciative of all he (we) saw, except for some pants. The pants Tim hated. Ah well, we know Christian handles rejection well. Will the rejected pants stay in his collection?

Next up was Jillian. Tim was shown her collection (we saw a coat), and the monotoned Jillian explained to Tim that her inspiration came from the last challenge and 15th-century armor. Tim described her collection as a "cloudy day" palette with femininity and strength. And we were treated to a visit with Jillian's family, and her boyfriend. Yawn.

Next up came Rami and his LA mansion. Nice. From there Rami and Tim went to Rami's studio. Again, nice and big. Tim didn't seem to really be impressed with Rami's collection somehow, which Rami explained was inspired by Joan of Arc, focusing on construction and details. Tim called the collection "hammered and nailed."

Lastly, Tim descended upon Chris. And that's when we got the details about the human (human !) hair Chris so proudly implemented in one of his pieces. Uh..... Tim was more into gagging then he was into being impressed. Chris, I love ya..but....nooooo!) Tim compared Chris's lack of thinking to that of being in a monkey house at the zoo so long that you forget about the smell. Tim put it this way to the perturbed Chris, "you've been living in the monkey house." Yikes.

The episode came to it's climactic conclusion back in New York with all four designers. Rami and Chris did the showing of their collections to the judges. Basica Michael thought Chris' looks were generally over-designed and dark, but the work that went into them was remarkable. Michael did, however, have a problem with Chris' third look, which he called a "velvet condom." Nina told Chris his clothes look terrific but can go overboard. Heidi called his collection "unique" and "creative."

Nina was glad to see that Rami had taken the judges' criticisms into consideration and incorporated them into a more tailored collection. She enjoyed his second look best, saying his dress was beautifully done. Michael called the look effortless, although he suspected it took a lot of work. Nina worried about the proportions on Rami's coat a bit, since she thought it incorporated too much volume. Heidi's favorite look was the evening dress, which Nina called a dark fantasy, but Michael wasn't keen on the hip details.

And, alas, the verdict was announced Heidi style, and Chris was "AWT", and Rami was "In."

Next week, we will have a winner. Who do you think it will be?

People Magazine is featuring Nicole Ritchie with her oh so adorable baby girl on the cover this week. That baby is as cute as her name.... Harlow Madden. Aw...now if that picture doesn't get some baby itches going on in women, I don't know what will!

In the magazine, Nicole says, "It's almost like I don't even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose."

I can feel some itching coming on already....that baby is seriously cute!

Project Runway Season Finale Part One

The season finale of Project Runway starts tonight, Wed., at 10pm.

We are supposed to believe that Chris and Rami are vying for the final spot in the Fashion Week Showing at Bryant Park. Uh, not. All 5 remaining designers, including Sweet P, who was actually eliminated in the Feb. 13th episode, got to go to Fashion Week and show their collections.

So tonight's suspense is really about whose collection, Chris or Rami, will be shown on tv to viewer. BTW, didn't Rami seem awfully "chummy" with Chris at the Project Runway Reunion Show the other night? Maybe it was just me....but those two looked pretty cozy there.

Anyway, next week we get to see who actually wins Project Runway. My guess is probably the oh so ego crazy Christian...he truly can design, but damn he drives me crazy. I am still mourning Chris's loss of most popular designer by Christian...how could that of happened?

Maybe Jillian will not speak in a monotone tonight with a deadpan stare. Maybe Rami will not drape (yea...right, lol), maybe Christian will disappoint the judges and will not talk about how great he (and his hair) are, and maaaaybe my Chris will just be crowned Project Runway King (or Queen, if he prefers.

I can dream.

Pamela Anderson Says Her Marriage Was Based On Fraud

The former Baywatch star is asking for an anullment instead of a divorce from hubby Rick Salomon. The actress is seeking to annul the two-month marriage based on fraud. Hmmmm...no details have been given on what the fraud was about....things that make you go hmmmmmmm.....

Anderson does not want to pay spousal support...go figure. On Monday, Anderson filed a request to have a retired judge handle the annulment proceedings — a common practice in celebrity split-ups as it keeps matters private and out of the court.

Anderson and Salomon, both 40, were married Oct. 6 in Las Vegas and separated Dec. 13. He's best known for making a sex videotape with then-girlfriend Paris Hilton and was previously married to actress Shannen Doherty.

Anderson was previously married to singer Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.

A Jealous Christina Aguilera Reportedly Fires Manager Over Baby Pics Deal

Give me a break. Is Christina Aguilera that petty and jealous? Reports are saying that the new mommy is so upset with the 6 million dollar deal over Jennifer Lopez's twins and People Magazine, that Aguilera fired her day-to day manager, one of her assistants, and her publicity firm BWR. Wow...heads roll I guess when Christina gets pissed. Really, is it fair that little Max only brought in 1.5 million for mommy and daddy, when the Lopez-Anthony twins net 6 million? Sheesh.

And to make matters worse, apparently sales of People didn’t skyrocket when Christina’s photo was on the cover---- oh well, I guess mommy Aguilera was under the impression that the magazine would sell like hotcakes.

But what is all this nasty baby - selling picture deals all about anyway? Absurd, cheap and gross, in my humble opinion. I don't hear anything about Lopez-Anthony donating the reported 6 million they'll be getting paid to charity. Maybe they'll put the money in college funds for their little ones. Right.

Did Jennifer Aniston Freeze Her Baby-Making Eggs?

According to Hollyscoop, word is out that cute Jenn got her eggs frozen so that she can be a mommy at some point.

“It was a really smart move, because it buys (Jen) a few years to figure it all out,” an insider told Star magazine. “The pressure has lifted.”

Well, I doubt we'll know if this tidbit is true or not...but I hope Jenn does get to be a mommy one day soon....I think she'd make a cute little baby a great mama!

J-LO Goes Home

Jennifer Lopez left the hospital Monday with her new bambinas. No pictures yet....that 6mil. for the babies first pictures is still a go.

And 6 million just doesn't seem to stretch today as it used to, so thank goodness Lopez's ex, Sean Diddy Combs, is ready to provide the babies some clothing!

Diddy says: "I'm going to send her some baby clothes from my Sean John line. I'm so happy for her. It's such a blessing."

And he hopes Lopez will find as much joy in her twins as he has in his new babies: "It's double the love, and it's also double the crying and the screaming, so it's a unique blessed situation. It's a rarity to have twins."

Ah...what a relief those babies will have wardrobes!

Valerie Bertinelli Talks About Her Marriage, Her Infidelity, and Drugs

Valerie Bertinelli was on Oprah Monday, and the actress gave quite an interview. Bertinelli told Oprah that she too cheated while married to her now ex, Eddie Van Halen. The actress said She said she was "destroying my body," trying to keep up with a rock-star lifestyle on the weekends and weeks off from taping her TV show.

The couple separated in 2001. Their divorce became final in December. They have a son, Wolfgang, who's now 16 and touring as bassist with the band Van Halen.

But she won't say who cheated first...according to Valerie, she doesn't know about the timing of the infidelities, just that both she and then-hubby Van Halen both cheated.

Bertinelli is now a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig and said she's lost 40 pounds. She has a new book, "Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time."

Britney Gets Second Visit With Jayden and Sean!

Getting better every day... way to go Britney! Monday brought another visit between mommy Britney and her two little munchkins, Jayden James and Sean Preston. The boys were reportedly dropped off at Brit's house around 9:00 am, and then picked up a little after noon. Kudos to K-Fed and Dad Jamie for getting those three some bonding time again!

And, apparently Britney's little sis, Jamie Lynn, has passed her GED and is considering college.

Last night's Oscar show included the customary montage memoriam of actors and such that passed away the past year. Well, you probably noticed that Brad Renfro was not in the montage. No mention, no pictue, nothing.

Independent Spirit Awards

I think "Juno" is bringing some excitement and bated breaths into the Oscar arena this year....usually comedies are not winners with academy voters....but you just never know. It'd be gratifying to see a well-deserved dark horse take home the top honors.

1. M*A*S*H – It had smart repartee and was so much more than a comedy.
2. Cosmos (with Carl Sagan) – Sagan was able to communicate something extremely complicated to the layman and do it well, and that’s unusual for a scientist at his level.
3. CSI -- The way they use science to solve their programs is intriguing to viewers.
4. House – Again, it’s high level type of show; it’s the personality that makes it a winner, plus it deals with science.
5. West Wing – you had to pay attention to stay up with it. The repartee was fast and furious and you needed a fairly high level intelligence to keep up with it.

Celebrity Apprentice...And Another Celebrity Bites The Dust

Oh Well..one of my favorites (and it is not easy to find a favorite on Celebrity Apprentice this season!)got the old Trump boot last night. Marilu proved to be a bit too loony last night as project manager and QVC spokesperon, and had to go. It was probably desrved, but man would I have loved to see the pompous Piers get kicked to the curb instead.
And I thought it was a little starnge that Carol, who has worked for QVC and didn't even bring up the important information about easy pay...ah, OOPS!

Trace seems to be able to do no wrong, Piers is just a plain A*hole, Carol hardly ever has a word to say (guess she figures she'll get by on her looks...eh, Trump? I don't think that will work much longer..), and Lennox still acts like he just has no real personality ( come on Lennox....get excited already!). Stephen Baldwin just does his kissing up act with the Don, and is still annoyingly bossy to his team mates.

And so it goes. The show is pretty predictable this season; I sure hope something exciting happens soon to shake things up in the boardroom ( and no, please no more "I resign" stuff!)

Jennifer Lopez Is Now A Mommy!

Lopez gave birth early this morning to a baby girl and a baby boy. AW....can't wait to see the pictures of the babies! It has been reported that People Magazine will be paying somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 million dollars for the exclusive rights to take the first pics of the twins. The magazine 'only' paid 4 million for the first photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter, Shiloh. Geesh...what numbers will be brought out for Angelina's twins when they are born? This is crazy.

We do not know the babies' names as yet, but we do know the little girl was born first, weighing in at 5.7 pounds, and as followed by her little brother who weighed in at 6 pounds.

Mommy and Daddy must be proud.... they just made a bundle off their new little baby bundles!!

It is being reported by popcrunch that rumors are floating around that Elvis' daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, is preggers. The Forty year old Presley, and her fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, are spumored to have been telling friends that they are expecting.

Rumor is that Jessica Alba is having twins. If this is true, that makes Jessica, Jennifer Lopez, and Angelina Jolie all members of the doubles club. Britney Deemed 'Not Capable' By Lawyers...Case Postponed

Britney Spears' driving-without-a-license case is now postponed until March 20th. Lawyers said Wednesday they don't believe the troubled pop star is capable of resolving the matter.

This is the case where Spears hit a parked car on Aug. 6, 2007, and left without notifying the owner. She was originally cited for hit and run and driving without a license, but the hit-and-run charge was dropped.

In other Britney Court matters, Judge Philip Gutierrez set a deadline of February 29 for Britney's so-called lawyer, Jon Eardley, to explain why on Earth the federal court has any business getting involved in Britney's mental affairs.

The court said it sure seems the Feds have no jurisdiction to interfere, and unless Eardley can convince the judge to the contrary, the case will go back to State court on Feb 29.

Lawyers for the conservator also want Eardley to identify everyone with whom he worked to get the federal case filed. Anyone smell a rat? Oops... I mean a Sam??

Regis Philbin Is Now "Grandpa" Regis!

Baby news here! Regis Philbin has become a grandpa! Congrats Reeeg!

Philbin made the announcement Tuesday on his show, "Live With Regis and Kelly", that his daughter, JJ, gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. Awww.

William Xavier Schur was born on Monday morning after 30 hours of labor. He weighed in at 6 lbs. 5 oz.

J.J., a Hollywood writer, and her husband, Michael Schur, a writer for The Office, chose the name Xavier because it is Regis' confirmation name.

Wonder if Kelly will get the 'baby bug' now....there's sure to be alot of cute baby pics and baby talk coming up on "Live."

Britney Spears Gets New Lawyer But No Visit With Her Kids

Well, court was back in session today in Britney's never ending custody case. Word was that K-Fed wanted Britney to be able to spend some time with their sons, and that Dad Jamie wanted Brit to see her boys, and it looked hopeful for a while that mommy and sons would reunite.

But it was not meant to be, at least not in the eyes of the court commish today, anyway. Bah. Apparently the lawyers could not come to an agreement on terms of a visit, so Brit will not get visitation with Sean Preston and Jayden James. I am sad for Britney---it's been over a month since those baby boys have seen their mommy.

In other court happenings today, a new lawyer took over for Spears, relieving Trope and Trope, who have wwanted out for a while now. Stacy Phillips is now the new lawyer on the case.

Britney doesn't roam too far alone these days, thanks to dad, Jamie. Even at dinner over the weekend, security was beefed up for Brit, making sure she never even went to the bathroom unescorted.

And apparently, Britney is missing her old chum, Alli Sims. According to reports, the two gal pals secretly set up a rendevous at Fred Segal. Allegedly they met inside a dressing room and then shared some quality shopping time together. As we know, Alli has been banned from Britney these days by papa Jamie, so that is why the two had to meet up on the fly.

Guesss the answer depends on which club the patying daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore goes to. Villa kicked 19-year-old Rumer Willis to the curb last night for being underage! Poor baby. Team Bruno Wins It All

Well, tonight was the final night of "Dance War...Carrie Ann vs. Bruno." Both teams performed their routines well, but in the end, it was Team Bruno who won 'the war.' I am kind of glad Bruno and tean won, if only because Bruno looked as though he were going to pass out at the end waiting for Drew to announce the winning team.
Really, I didn't care so much who won...somehow this show never got to me. I don't know if is the lukewarm personalities of Bruno and Carrie Ann, the lackluster appeal of Drew, or what...but eh, Dance War just never won me over.
Anyway, congrats Team Bruno, I guess. eh.

Cate Blancett Shows Off Cute Baby Bump

The lovely Cate Blanchett is nominated for not one, but two Oscars! Blanchett is up for Best Actress for "I'm Not There", and Cate is also nominated for Best Actress for "Elizabeth: The Golden Age." But life looks as normal as can be for the mommy-in-waiting....an Oscar nominee carrying a laundry basket...pretty cool if you ask me! Gotta love Cate!

Jennifer Lopez Has The Birthing Suite Reserved For Her Twins

Page Six is reporting that Jen has reserved her private room at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island . A staffer there says a private room - furnished especially for the mom-to-be with a luscious brown leather couch - has been sitting empty for two weeks now. The room is reserved for the diva. "No one's even allowed in there until she gets here. It's just sitting there for her," said the employee. The hospital, which reportedly beefed up security recently, had no comment.

The hospital has reportedly been practicing drills to prevent kidnapping attempts - but denies it has anything to do with the star's scheduled stay.

Staff at North Shore Medical Center in Long Island, New York have been taking part in a Code Pink security drill, which involves locking down the hospital if a baby goes missing.

But hospital officials are denying that these drills have anything to do with the impending arrival of lopez's twins.

Lindsay Lohan's Photo Shoot

Lindsay Lohan bared her soul and more (much more!)in a photo shoot for New York Magazine. Photographer Bert Stern re-created his famous final photoshoot with Marilyn Monroe, with Lindsay wearing a wig and nothing more. Covering up at times with see-through scarfs, Lohan previously said that she was “comfortable” with the nude shoot, but confessed to doing 250 sit ups the night before as a final preparation.
Lohan also compared Marilyn Monroe and Heath’s Ledger’stragic deaths, saying: “They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone… I don’t know. I’m not them. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”

Grey's Anatomy Katherine Heigl Visits Paris

Katherine Heigl did a little Paris shopping with her mom. Heigl is still enjoying the success of her "27 Dresses" movie, so why not enjoy some quality shopping time? And apparently there is now a charity, The 27 Dresses charity auction, which was inspired by the movie, and includes garments from the likes of Heidi Klum, Kylie Minogue, and Maggie Gyllenhaal. It was launched in conjunction with the opening of Heigl’s movie.

"Jumper" Jumps Into Top Spot At The Box Office

The new sci-fi movie, "Jumper" landed in first place this weekend at the theaters. The movie stars Hayden Christensen and Samuel L. Jackson in the story of a man who can teleport himself instantly to any spot on the planet. 20th Century Fox's "Jumper" has rung up $33.9 million since opening Thursday, according to studio estimates Sunday.

Britney Bonding With Her Dad

Looks like Britney Spears is doing some bonding with her dad. This makes me smile. The doubts that I had before about Dad and big brother taking control of everything Brit are easing up.

Britney went out to dinner with her Dad last night at Club Social in Hollywood, and even though the desperate paparazzi went crazy trying to get the Spears' pictures, how great is it to see Britney back out in public looking calm and peaceful?

Somehow it seems so fitting that one of the out of control paps was arrested while relentlessly trying to photograph the father/daughter dinner.

It's been a year since we saw the shaved head of Britney Spears (remember that?), and what a year it's been for Brit. Maybe things are starting to turn around for the mommy of those two cute little boys..... and it is also looking like Britney is much better off without Sam Lutfi by her side!

Happy Birthday, Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton celebrated her 27th birthday with a party at at Pure Nightclub, which is located inside of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Apparently her wish was to be a burleque dancer, just like the Pussycat Girls. According to press reports, “Hilton’s choreographer got her hooked up with the Dolls, with whom she sang and danced with the Pussycat Girls, wearing the requisite skimpy/stripper outfit.

Other guests for the evening included Paris’ sister Nicky, Stephanie March, Robin Antin and Bobby Flay - along with the Las Vegas Pussycat Dolls, of course!
