Hannah Montana aka Miley Cyrus Is Officially ....

Miley Ray Cyrus now and forever!

The Hannah Montana/Mega-Disney Star/Concerts-Sold-Out Always/Teen Star has officially changed her birth name.

Miley Cyrus actually was given the name Destiny Hope Cyrus when she was born. "Miley" became her nickname as she was apparently one heck of a smiling happy baby (Daddy Billy Ray explained this to Oprah when he and Miley were on the show a few weeks ago)---'Miley' was the endearing version of 'smiling'. And so "Miley" stuck, and the "Destiny" faded away.

So Miley Cyrus made it official----no more 'Destiny Hope Cyrus'---the Hannah Montana Star is now--- Miley Ray (for daddy)Cyrus.
