Jane Missing In Action (Dancing Action That is!)

Jane Seymour was not able to be at The Dancing With The Stars Result Show on Tuesday night due to a suspected case of food poising. The actress was taken to a hospital, and thus missed the shocking elimination results. Hopefully, news of Seymour's safety this week from elimination will help ease the stomach pains!

Robert Goulet

Robert Goulet died Tuesday night at Cedars Sinai Hospital. Goulet was suffering from a lung disease called Interstitial Pulomary Fibrosis, and was awaiting a lung transplant. He was 73.

"Cheetah" Girl Sabrina and her partner Mark were eliminated Tuesday night On the Dancing With The Stars result show. Cameron and Edyta were also in the bottom two.

It is safe to say that all three judges were shocked, as were the hosts of the show, Tom and Samantha. Audience members loudly voived dismay. Host Tom Bergeron went as far as to say that he had expected to see Sabrina and Mark in the finals. As he pointed out himself, Bergeron usually does not reveal his picks for the finals, but felt compelled to do so tonight after the elimination was announced.

Will fans demand a recount? Should be an interesting week!

No Joint Custody For Britney

Britney Spears did not regain shared custody of her sons but the singer did get back visitation. Spears will have two visits each week from 12pm until 7pm, and one overnight visit a week with her two sons. Britney is also to continue with the twice a week random drug testing.

Gwen Stefani to Help Fire Victims

Gwen Stefani has announced that she will contribute the money from her next concert to help the victims of the wildfires in San Diego. The singer will donate the proceeds from her Tuesday concert in San Diego to the an Diego's Foundation After-The-Fire Funds 2007, according to a report by Sarah Hall at "E Online".

Beckham Playing To Help Wildfire Victims

David beckham will join his team, The Los Angeles Galaxy, when they play in a fundraiser game on Nov. 4th. The game will be played to raise funds to benefit those affected by the wildfires in Southern California. Beckham and his teammates will be playing against "HollywoodUnited FC" at the Home Depot Center in Carson.

Television writers may be going on strike this wednesday at midnight. That is when the current contract will expire, and writers will quit writing if there is not a new contract signed. Although shows most likely will have enough episodes lined up for the remainder of this year, next year could bring a multitude of reality shows and game shows to television screens, as the networks fill their schedules should the writers strike occur.

Lawyers back in Court For Bitter Custody Battle

Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared in court Friday as the custody case over the two young sons continue. It is speculated that the Judge willl be checking for Spear's compliance with court-ordered drug testing.

Hit And Run Dismissed For Britney

On Thursday a Judge dismissed a hit and run case against Britney Spears after Spears settled with the owner of the car that was hit. Britney has since gotten her diver's license, complying with at least one court order. The singer pleaded not guilty to a lesser charge of driving without a license.

"Lost" Actor Arrested

Daniel Dae Kim was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated early Thursday in Honolulu. Kim plays Jin -Soo Kwon on ABC's "Lost". Will Kim stay on the show now? Previous actors who were also arrested previously have since had their characters killed off. Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros both were arrested in 2005 for seperate drunk driving convictions, and subsequently both found their characters being killed off. It will be interesting to see what happens with Kim's character now.

Saturday Oct.20th, Britney was allowed a visit with her sons. They were spotted takinga drive in Britney's car, along with another woman passenger presumed to be the court-ordered supervisor. Will Britney be getting more visitation rights returned? Both she and ex-husband, Kevin Federline, are due back in court for a scheduled hearing on October 26.

Ellen has also stated that she will not be talking about Iggy anymore, unless he is returned to the family that Ellen had given him to.

Joey Bishop died at home Wednesday night of multiple causes. Joey Bishop was 89. A comedian and member of the "Pack Rat", Joey Bishop also starred in two TV shows, both called "The Joey Bishop Show". The first series, Bishop played the role of a talk show host. In the second show, Bishop was a night time talk show host up against Johnny Carson. Joey Bishop was th elast surviving member of the "Pack Rat".

Britney Spears Loses Visitation With Her Kids

A Court Order was issued on Wednesday October 17 stating that Britney may not even visit with her sons, Sean and Jayden, until Britney complies with a previous court order. This latest court order, taking away visitation rights from Spears, was issued by Superior Court Commissioner, Scott Gordon. The specifics of the Court Order Britney is to comply with were not revealed.

A court hearing has been set for October 26th.

Angelina Jolie Gets Visit From Brad

Angelina Jolie is starring in Clint Eastwood's new movie, "The Changeling", due out in 2008. Angelina stars as a mom in the 1920's whose son is kidnapped. When her son is returned, the mom begins to suspeect that the boy is not really her son. Based on true events, the mom is sent to an insane aslyum. While filming yesterday, Angelina was visited by none other than her guy, Brad Pitt. Fun!

Britney Lawyers Back in Court

The lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared at a Los Angeles Courthouse Wednesday morning. It was an unscheduled hearing, and no details were given by the attorneys. Neither Britney Spears nor Kevin Federline made an appearance. The next scheduled hearing was set for October 26, 2007. The unscheduled hearing today lasted less than an hour.

Degeneres Doggie Tales Continue

Ellen Degeneres is still upset, and the little adpoted doggie is not being returned as yet anyway, to the family that Ellen gave the adopted doggie to. After Ellen adopted the little dog, she found it did not get along well with her cats. So, Ellen gave the doggie to her haidresser and her daughters. The adoption agency where Ellen adopted the dog from has since taken the dog back, and despite Ellen Degeneres' on air pleas, has not give the doggie back to the family. Apparently they have a rule that families with children under 14 are not allowed to adopt small dogs from this particular agency.

Dancing With The Stars...The Results Show

And in this corner...Floyd Mayweather, but not as a dancer on Dancing With The Stars anymore. Back to full time training as the boxing champ he is, Floyd graciously accepted his defeat tonight on the dance floor. The final two came down to a very suprised and nervous looking Mel B, and Floyd. Next week is Latin week, and the competition is getting HOT!
An interesting note for next week's show...Jennifer Lopez will be on. Hmmm... anyone wondering if "baby talk" will come up between her and Co-host Samantha?

Ellen Degeneres Sad About Doggie Adoption

Ellen Degeneres broke down in tears on her talkshow on Monday when she told her audience about the doggie mishap. It seems Ellen adopted a dog, a Brussels Griffon mix, from a rescue group in September. The dog did not get along too well with the cats that Ellen has, so she gave the dog to her hairderesser. Apparently giving the dog away to another family is not allowed, and the rescue organization removed the dog from the new family. Ellen was in tears as she pleaded on her show for the dog to be returned to it's new family.

Wow, now that is a nice "Thank-You" present! Jessica Simpson thanked Oprah Winfrey with 21 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes for Oprah having her on as a guest last week. Jessica Seinfeld promoted her new cookbook, Deceptively Delicious", on Oprah's talk show. The cookbook is now a bestseller.

Hannah Montana..Concert Most Requested

According to Ticketmaster, The "Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best Of Both Worlds" Concert Tour was the nation's most requested event during the third quarter of 2007. The tour kicks off October 18 with a North American performance, and is scheduled to go through Jan. 2008.

Britney Gets Booked

Britney Spears voluntarily turned herself in at a Van Nuys police sation Monday night. Spears was booked on one count of hit and run causing property damage, and one count for driving without a license. The hit and run incident was a fender bender in a parking lot in early August of this year. The booking was done in about 45 minutes, and a smiling Britney Spears left the police station in what appeared to be good spirits.

Dancing and Lifting with the Stars

It was a controversial evening on Dancing With The Stars Monday night! Apparently, it was all about the "lifting" with Judge Carrie Ann. Ms. Judge called out several dancers on their illegal "lifts", which has caused alot of ire and debate on the net today, as well as among the dancers themselves. Jane and Tony certainly were upset, as many people agree they deserved to be! Jane Seymour and her partner Tony, were the first couple to get Carrie Ann's criticism, but they were not the last. But praises flowed for the footwork of Sabrina Bryan when she danced the Paso Doble. The "10's" were handed out by all three judges...the first perfect performance. Cameron Mathieson, aka "superman", pleased the judges as well with his powerful Paso Doble Danc. And Jennie Garth was "Blooming Fantastic" as well with her Paso Doble. Helio waltzed, and along with Jennie and Cameron, scored 27 points, placing the three in a tie for second place. Mark Cuban and partner Kym Johnson ended up in last place.

I am betting tonight will be a very interesting show, as the "lifting" contoversy will probably be brought up. And, the red light will again shine on the couple that will be leaving the dance floor this week!
