Britney Spears is to have one working telephone number available for the lab to call her on to request she come in for her random drug testing. Britney is to notify everyone involved if she changes her phone number. This ruling came Thursday by the judge in the case, after Kevin Federline reported that Britney had not been complying with her court-ordered drug testing requirements.
